These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the TLC Growth Agency website and services, provided by TLC Construction & Development LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By purchasing a plan, submitting a form, or using our website, you agree to these Terms.
TLC Growth Agency provides automated lead follow-up, appointment booking, and related business systems for contractors and service businesses ("Core," "Core Plus," and "Full Core" plans), along with optional add-on services including Meta Ads Management and Social Media Management. The specific features included in your plan are described on our pricing page at the time of purchase.
Pricing listed on our website applies to self-serve signups completed without a prior strategy or discovery call. If a strategy or discovery call is requested or required before purchase, pricing may be higher to reflect the additional time and business analysis involved. Any custom pricing will be communicated to you before you are charged.
Plans include a one-time setup fee, billed at checkout, and a recurring monthly fee, billed automatically until canceled. There is no long-term contract required for Core, Core Plus, or Full Core plans, and you may cancel your monthly subscription at any time. Setup fees are non-refundable once work has begun.
The monthly fee for Meta Ads Management is a management fee only. Advertising spend (the budget paid to Meta/Facebook to run your campaigns) is set by you and billed separately by Meta directly to your chosen payment method. A minimum 90-day commitment applies to Meta Ads Management, as campaigns typically require this period to optimize and produce meaningful results.
Following purchase, we will request business information needed to build your system. Typical build time is 5 business days from receipt of complete information. Delays in providing requested information may extend this timeline.
Our services rely on third-party platforms, including GoHighLevel, Meta, and telecom carriers for SMS delivery (A2P 10DLC registration). SMS features may be delayed pending carrier approval, which is outside our control. You are responsible for ensuring your use of these services complies with applicable laws, including obtaining proper consent for any marketing communications sent on your behalf.
You agree to provide accurate business information, respond to onboarding requests in a timely manner, and use the services only for lawful business purposes. You are responsible for the accuracy of content, pricing, and claims communicated to your customers through the system.
Our services are provided "as is." We do not guarantee specific results, including lead volume, booking rates, or revenue outcomes. To the fullest extent permitted by law, TLC Construction & Development LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.
You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time by contacting us. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. One-time setup fees are non-refundable.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
